You will need to bring your own sheets and towels.
Smoking is limited to the porch areas only. In the winter months,
a 4 wheel drive vehicle might be needed to get
up to the cabin because of snow.

CABIN RULES
1. Small Pets (Dogs
or Cats) shall be allowed in the cabin or on the premises.
2. No more than five
(5) people shall stay in the cabin.
3. Tenant's shall provide
their own bed linens and bath towels.
4. The telephone may
be used for local calls only.
5. The landlord shall
not be responsible or liable for any acts of the tenant or
the tenants guests while
on the premises.
6. The barbecue grill
shall be used on the open deck of the cabin only.
7. Tenants are encouraged
to safeguard their personal property during their stay. The
landlord shall not be responsible
for any personal property that might be stolen or lost.
8. No smoking shall
be permitted or allowed in the cabin.
9. Extra Maid service
is available at extra cost to you. Make arrangements with Advantage Realty
if you need it.
10. Cancellation Policy:
Advance rental deposits will be returned to tenants should they
cancel their reservation
in writing no later than fourteen (14) days before the rental date.
11. Check-in time shall
be between the hours of 3pm to 4pm on the day of arrival and
check-out time shall be no
later than 10am on the day of departure.
